I'm Justin Gordon, Founder of The LA Grind and The SF Grind. I started as a personal trainer in Milwaukee, earned my MBA at USC after moving to LA in 2018, and built Just Go Grind into a founder newsletter and podcast before selling the newsletter to Unicorner and keeping the show.
