I'm Joshua, a Land Economy student at KNUST working toward becoming a valuation and estate surveyor across Africa. I focus on property valuation, estate management, and land-use planning with a commitment to transparency and building sustainable communities. Alongside my studies, I've taught and mentored students from primary school through senior high, and I volunteer with the Youth Empowerment Consortium to develop accountable young leaders in Ghana.
