Jon Staenberg

I'm Jon Staenberg, Founder and CEO of Agate Hound Fund in Seattle, a fund of funds for search funds, where young operators buy and grow small businesses. I've made hundreds of angel investments and also founded Hand of God Wines in Mendoza.

My journey started in Omaha at Warren Buffett's 4th of July celebration. He's been a hero of mine ever since, and I started working at 8 picking weeds and shoveling snow. I left for Stanford, then spent six years at Microsoft before starting Staenberg Venture Partners.
