I'm Jonathan, a psychotherapist with a practice built around social anxiety, performance anxiety, and selective mutism since 1978. I wrote "Beyond Shyness" for Simon & Schuster and "Work Makes Me Nervous" for John Wiley & Sons, and produced a 10-hour documentary on social anxiety for The Andrew Kukes Foundation.
