I’m Jen Booth, owner of J. Booth Salon.

I took over my grandmother Edna’s salon when I was 20 years old, and for more than 20 years I’ve been learning what it takes to build a strong salon, an incredible team, and a culture where both our guests and our people can grow.

This is here to help you think through situations the way I would.

I believe in leading with both love and accountability. I believe feedback is love. I believe the guest should feel cared for by our entire team not just the person doing her hair. And I believe we can hold a high standard while still seeing the best in people.
