Jake Gates

I'm Jake, an Investment Associate at Marvin VC, where I run deal flow across a network of 1,100+ McKinsey alumni startups and build AI workflows that automate everything from pipeline reporting to content creation. I also create content for the University of Rochester's TikTok, where one campus tour video hit 1M+ views. I left Wales at 16 for Armenia to do the IB, then landed in Rochester for a dual degree in Economics and Business Analytics, with a semester in Thailand along the way. Ask me about early-stage deal flow and due diligence, AI workflow automation, content strategy and social media growth, and studying across three continents.
