With 2.5 years at Korn Ferry specializing in executive search for C-suite leadership across Asia and beyond, I honed my ability to structure problems, analyze markets, and advise senior stakeholders with data-backed insights. Most recently I worked at Evalueserve, a Research and Analytics services firm, where I partnered with global leaders across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia to align talent strategy with business goals, developing scalable processes, improving decision-making quality, and enhancing stakeholder alignment across regions.

My academic foundation in Sociology, paired with an ongoing Full Time MBA at UC San Diego (with a focus on design and innovation), has sharpened my ability to approach challenges with both analytical depth and human-centered thinking. Beyond work, I’ve led initiatives in governance and community service, reinforcing my drive to create impact through inclusion, equity, and empowerment.

I am now pivoting into consulting, specifically in strategy and talent advisory, where I aim to combine my strengths in problem-solving, leadership, and organizational behavior to help businesses reimagine people, processes, and growth with clarity and purpose.
