1.Now I am a principal engineer in Shopee. I am in charge of Large Language Model technology team and application team. I focus on the foundation of infrastructure LLM involving the pretraining, continuous training, supervised fine tuning, human preference alignment, evaluation, data. Also I are trying to apply LLM technologies in e-commerce cross-border scenerios involving the ChatBot, Search, Recommendation, NPC etc.

2.After joining Alibaba in 2014, I am participated in the construction of the core system and algorithm model of Alibaba translation platform, and won the first place in the Russian-English news task of WMT 2018. I have 9 years of experience in natural language processing.
