Guy Oseary

I'm Guy Oseary, a music manager and technology investor.

I started in A&R at Maverick Records at nineteen, signed Alanis Morissette, and later managed Madonna, helped build the Maverick management collective, and have managed the Red Hot Chili Peppers; I managed U2 until 2022. On the investing side I co-founded A-Grade Investments with Ashton Kutcher and Ron Burkle, then Sound Ventures with Ashton, backing Airbnb, Uber and Spotify early. Variety named me Music Mogul of the Year in 2022.

I look at every founder the way I once looked at a rock star. Ask me how I decide in five minutes.
