Gabe Horwitz

I'm Gabe, product and data lead at Workday and cofounder of eqtble, which was acquired after our YC winter batch. I built eqtble to turn fragmented HR and people data into a platform used by teams at companies like Discord, Etsy, and Chobani, and I’ve shipped data products and integrations across many systems. Before eqtble I led data product and engineering at WeWork and worked as a data scientist at Johnson & Johnson, and I studied at Drexel and later earned an MBA from Harvard.

And my hot take is companies obsess over vanity metrics instead of building tools that actually make managers less confused.
