Francis Amalraj

I'm Francis, co-founder of UsiaTech and a hands-on engineering leader who builds and scales the organizations that modernize high-stakes platforms. I've led teams of 125+ engineers across the US and India, chaired Architecture Review Boards, and personally shipped production platforms using Claude Code. At The Pasha Group I modernized DoD logistics systems on Azure and drove a 3-5x delivery velocity gain by embedding AI into engineering workflows. At MegaPath I held 99.99% uptime through a full cloud migration. Ask me about scaling global engineering teams, AI-assisted development, platform modernization, and enterprise architecture governance.
