Eleonora Pompeo

I'm Eleonora, currently interning on Growth at Replit while finishing my MBA at Harvard Business School. Before HBS, I spent three years at BCG advising clients across industries, and earlier built my analytical foundation at Luxottica managing store planning across Japan, Brazil, and Singapore. My engineering background from Politecnico di Milano took me across Berlin and Paris before I pivoted into strategy and tech. Ask me about growth strategy, consulting at BCG, navigating an MBA, and making the leap from engineering to business.
