Eduardo Briceño

Eduardo Briceño is a keynote speaker, facilitator, and author of The Performance Paradox. He helps leaders and teams build cultures that balance the Learning Zone and the Performance Zone so they improve while they deliver.

Earlier he co-founded Mindset Works with Stanford professor Carol Dweck and served as its CEO for over a decade. His TED and TEDx talks on growth mindset have been viewed more than ten million times.
