Dominic Imwalle

I'm Dominic, a career coach at DxConsulting who helps job seekers unlock six figure roles by crafting the story that sells. I guide frustrated mid-career professionals with one on one coaching focused on job search strategy and career clarity, and I work with people who go on to roles at big firms or start their own ventures.

I grew up in Cleveland, spent time living in Austin, and have worked in public accounting, startups, and Fortune 500 companies before coaching full time. I sat behind the scenes in HR doing phone screens, reference checks, and ATS work, and I bring that hands-on hiring experience into how I teach conversations over applications.

And my hot take is hiring teams overvalue resumes and underweight real conversations.
