I'm Dr. K, a scientist turned CEO running Kelly A. Diggs Consulting and serving as a Master Facilitator with the National Research Mentoring Network. My work sits at the center of science, leadership, and human development. I coach researchers and leaders through real change, not just the theory of it. My PhD from Washington University in St. Louis grounds everything I do in rigor, but the room is where the work happens.
