I'm Don De Laria, an EIR (Entrepreneur-in-Residence) at Oneday, board advisor, operator, and capital markets strategist. I began in investor relations at Regal Entertainment Group, spending about 11 years growing analyst coverage from 0 to 20 for a roughly $3.5B company, then led IR at Zep Inc.

My work is helping public companies get understood and valued correctly by institutional investors, especially when what a business is worth and what the market thinks it's worth have come apart. I've sat beside CEOs, CFOs and boards through IPOs, restructurings and turning points, run investor relations for NYSE-listed companies, built and scaled operating businesses, and advised more than 300 companies on raising capital and telling their story.
