Derick Mwanguhya

I'm Derick, founder of YACCI Center in Kampala, where I lead youth climate programs. I study Journalism and Communication at Makerere University, and I've spent four years creating content that puts the reader first. I interned in media and environmental work at CEED Concordia in Northern Uganda, and in public affairs at Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda. I believe nurturing relationships matters more than any algorithm. Ask me about youth climate leadership, content creation, public affairs and communications, and building programs in East Africa.
