Deren Sentesy

I'm Deren, a construction superintendent in BC's Okanagan building high-performance and sustainable projects. I've run sites for the UBCO Hostel, Shuswap Lake General Hospital, and Certified Passive House and LEED Gold residences. Earlier, I designed and built net zero energy homes at Stonebridge Contemporary Originals and ran my own design-build firm for nearly a decade. Off-site, I've taught Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu since training under grandmaster Hatsumi in Japan in 1999. Ask me about Passive House and LEED construction, net zero home design, site superintendent work, and Bujinkan martial arts.
