I'm a Partner at Menlo Ventures, where I invest in AI, infrastructure and SaaS companies from seed through Series B and help run the $100M Anthology Fund with Anthropic.

I came to investing from building. I was on the founding team at Glean, where I went from engineer to engineering manager to starting Glean Assistant as the company grew from no product to a $7B valuation. Before that I spent five years on search and ML at Google and Facebook.

I grew up in Kolkata, India and did my BS and MEng in computer science at Cornell. I also write about AI, startups and immigration.
