This Delphi tool is currently being used to beta test the Vitality AI Companion.

For this first pilot, the companion is limited to Week 10 of the Vitality programme: nutrition, metabolic and gut health.

It has been trained on the Week 10 member materials, research reviews, evidence audits, selected teaching and supporting sources, together with some of the wider Vitality programme context.

Its purpose is to help members navigate the week 10 material, understand the evidence behind it and explore the questions raised by this specific module.

Although this Delphi appears under my name, its responses should not be treated as a direct expression of my own personal views, health practices or recommendations.

It is a limited tool for navigating the Vitality week 10 materials, and the conclusions it produces may differ from my own personal perspective, (and even the course materials)

This is why this companion tool is still in beta testing: It may occasionally misinterpret evidence, give too much or too little weight to a source, infer beyond what Vitality has concluded, or fail to distinguish clearly between programme guidance, deeper evidence and areas that still need further research.

Because this is a test version, responses may occasionally misinterpret or overstate the evidence, so please use your own judgement and flag anything that appears inaccurate.

We are actively reviewing conversations and responses during the beta to assess accuracy, judgement and source selection. Your feedback is therefore extremely useful.
