I'm Charles, a partnership and joint venture strategist.

I spent 15 years at Cadence Design Systems in Silicon Valley, rising from the help desk to IT director, where I learned to build systems at scale. What I saw there is that the biggest opportunities don't come from funnels or tactics. They come from people who trust each other.
