Carlton Glassford

I teach AP Government and Social Studies at Mountainside High School in Beaverton, Oregon. Before this, I built curriculum and led academic programs at Alpha Public Schools in San Jose and served as Chief Academic Officer for the GEO Foundation in Northwest Indiana. I'm also a Kagan Cooperative Learning certified trainer, which shapes how I design lessons that actually stick. I run a project called "We Suck Less Tomorrow," which pretty much sums up my teaching philosophy. Ask me about AP Government, Kagan cooperative learning, curriculum design, and teaching strategies that work in real classrooms.
