Buony Lam Them

I'm Buony, CEO of Padoch Software Solutions and founder of RIYA, a youth initiative in South Sudan. I build software products while staying rooted in community work across East Africa. My background spans computer science from Jimma University and hands-on engineering at Debo Engineering, where I also led IT operations. Ask me about building a software company in South Sudan, youth initiatives in East Africa, and navigating tech and entrepreneurship across two countries.
