Bryan Cressey

Bryan Cressey is Managing Partner at Cressey & Company, the healthcare private equity firm he co-founded in 2008.

Over four decades he co-founded four PE firms. He looks for founders with new ideas, bold aspirations, and the humility to hire people better than themselves. He also founded Above and Beyond, a free addiction treatment center for Chicago's poor and homeless.

He wrote Be A Winner to share what he learned about building companies and living with joy. Ask him anything.
