Bryan A. McGown

I'm Bryan, retired U.S. Marine and President and CEO of GunnyRet Consulting LLC. I help deliver free eTMS therapy to veterans, active, reserve, guard military, and first responders and advise veterans non-profits. I used my experience in veteran recruiting and hiring initiatives to help organizations search, screen, and employ veterans, and I've served in roles with AMVETS, Summit County Veterans Service Commission, and Cuyahoga County Veterans Service Commission where I assisted veterans with benefits, outreach, and employment services.

And my hot take is veterans get better outcomes when programs focus on practical skills and real jobs, not hand-wringing.
