Brian Cullen

I'm Brian, co-founder and CEO of VICO Infrastructure, where I develop and advise on water, AI, data center, and industrial infrastructure projects across the U.S. Before VICO, I spent nearly two decades as President of PERC Water, where I helped launch one of the first fully privately funded water recycling projects in the country, in Santa Paula, California. My background is in accounting and finance, which shapes how I approach project delivery and risk. Originally from Dublin, I've built my career at the edge of infrastructure and finance.
