I lead global talent acquisition at Amach, a cloud consultancy where I hire senior, GTM, and FinOps talent across multiple markets. Before this, I spent over five years at Version 1 scaling their Digital, Data and Cloud practice from 30 to 1,300 people. Earlier, I built Meggitt PLC's European talent function from scratch and ran the Oil and Gas division at Monarch.
