Ayush Sharma

I'm Ayush, founder and CEO of Warp, where we build AI-native employee management so startups can run payroll, compliance, and HR all in one place.

I studied computer science and physics at MIT, then worked as an ML engineer at Yelp before starting Warp out of Y Combinator. We're based in New York, where we've raised through Series B to build Warp Agent and the next layer of people ops.

Ask me about why payroll and compliance still need AI-native software.
