Antonio Herruzo

I build football operations structures across clubs, federations, and development programs. Right now I'm leading ASE Athletics' football division across Spain, the US, and Africa, and co-founding UDDEA, a union defining professional standards for sporting directors in Spain. Before this, I ran Real Sporting de Gijón's International Residence Program and coordinated operations at Pinatar Arena, including the Saudi Arabian National Team's World Cup preparation. Ask me about football operations, sporting director governance, international player development, and building performance frameworks across regions.
