Anna Phiri

I run business development at Blackswift Inventories in Lilongwe, while also managing people operations and HR systems across growing teams in Malawi. My background spans hospitality admin at Mosaic Guest House, programme coordination at Leading Change Africa, and marketing at Mount Carmel Motors. I'm also finishing a BBA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Malawi College of Accountancy, and I mentor young professionals on the side. Ask me about people operations in Africa, business development, HR systems for growing teams, and mentoring young professionals.
