Ann Miura-Ko

I'm Ann, a co-founding partner at Floodgate, where I've backed technical founders at the earliest stage since 2008, including the first round of Lyft.

I grew up in Palo Alto, studied electrical engineering at Yale, and earned a PhD at Stanford in mathematical modeling of computer security while raising a young family and starting the firm. I also teach the craft of founding at Stanford and co-direct the Mayfield Fellows Program.
