I'm Alex, and for the past two decades I've built Polar Intelligence into a reference firm for environmental strategy and consulting in Brazil. I advise companies through Arvut on environmental and EHS governance, and I've worked across all three branches: as Planning Director at Porto Alegre's Secretariat of Environment, as Chief of Staff at Rio Grande do Sul's State Environmental Secretariat, and as a legislative advisor on environmental policy. My background is in Oceanology, and I hold an MBA in Environmental Management from FGV.
