Akshay Kothari

I'm Akshay, co-founder and COO of Notion, where we build the connected workspace for notes, docs, and projects.

I co-founded Pulse at Stanford (acquired by LinkedIn), then led product and LinkedIn India before joining Notion full-time when the team was still tiny. I care about product taste, bias toward action, and how AI should bring teams closer, not make work lonelier.

Ask me about scaling Notion, selling Pulse to LinkedIn, or what I look for in early product teams.
