Adam Dietz

I write and teach at the crossroads of East Asian philosophy, comparative religion, and Western thought. My Substack, The Way Between, is where I work through ideas that don't fit neatly into academic categories. I hold a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Religion from CIIS, taught at Sonoma State, and spent a year teaching in Hunan, China. I also practice Tai Chi and, somehow, coach youth soccer.
