I run the Institute for Sustainable Development and Pellias, LLC, where I help communities recover, rebuild, and prepare for what's next. My work sits in the space where government, business, and civil society have to figure things out together: disaster recovery, infrastructure, workforce transformation, and AI transition. Before this, I founded the U.S. Chamber's CSR function and co-founded IO Sustainability, an ESG research and consulting firm.
