Richard Galbraith

I'm Richard, a systemic team coach and partner at Leading Figures with coaching roles at Clandestine Coaching. I work with finance and professional services on executive, leadership, team and systemic coaching and I also do board advisory and enterprise risk work. I trained in systemic and executive coaching at Henley, have an MSc from Oxford and a BSc from Glasgow, and I have a background in actuarial science and enterprise risk across roles at Aviva, Canada Life and Mobius Life.

And my hot take is coaching should focus less on buzzwords and more on practical, messy human decisions.
