About
I am a Rohingya human rights defender, educator, researcher, writer and interpreter living in Bangladesh as a refugee. My work focuses on human rights, refugee protection, education and the experiences and challenges of Rohingya communities.
I currently work as a Master Trainer in a BRAC education programme supported by UNICEF, helping strengthen learning and teaching in the refugee community. I am also the founder of Rohingya Generation Association, where I support youth engagement and community initiatives. Alongside this work, I have experience in interpretation, translation, research and human rights documentation.
I completed a Diploma in Human Rights in March 2026, with research focused on the right to asylum and the principle of non-refoulement. My long-term goal is to build a career in human rights research and humanitarian work, develop stronger research and writing skills and contribute to work that brings Rohingya experiences and protection concerns to wider attention.
I joined Delphi to learn from experienced professionals, gain practical guidance, build meaningful professional connections, and turn advice into clear steps toward my goals.
