The third volume of the Spanish‑language personal‑name dictionary compiles 211 entries from A to M, presenting for each name a concise etymology (origin language and root morphemes), a literal meaning, cultural and religious traditions, cross‑linguistic variants, and a list of notable historical or contemporary figures. The work draws on a wide range of linguistic families – Greek, Latin, Hebrew, Arabic, Germanic, Slavic, Celtic, Maya, Mapuche, Basque, etc. – and integrates religious hagiography (saints, martyrs, popes), literary references, and popular culture. The entries are organized alphabetically, each following a uniform schema: ORIGEN, SIGNIFICADO, TRADICIONES Y CULTURA, VARIANTES EN OTROS IDIOMAS, FIGURAS NOTABLES. The volume therefore serves as a reference for onomastics, cultural history, and genealogy, providing a network of relationships among names, languages, cultures, and persons.
