From 1968–2018, the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale provided education in a variety of creative arts, including the culinary arts and sciences. It was a for-profit art and culinary school located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and part of The Art Institutes system. The school offered programs in Design, Fashion, Media Arts, and Culinary, and had a student-run restaurant named Chef's Palette.
