I run workshops.work, a boutique agency that designs and delivers employee and leadership development for multinationals, in 15 languages, through a community of 30 facilitators across 21 countries. My PhD is in Behavioural Economics, but what I actually study now is why people stop being themselves at work, and what it takes to create the conditions where real learning happens. I host the Unprofessionalism podcast, where guests explore what becomes possible when we drop the professional mask.
