It costs us $85 per month, and we're gonna meet here on a weekly basis with all of our technicians where they bring their van and all their equipment to do sharpening of blades, refueling, getting sort of fertilizer or spray they might need, and we'll be able to store all of it here. $85 a month is not bad because we don't have to have an office space. We don't have to have an expensive shop area, but rather we can meet here on a weekly basis, have a team meeting, wash the vans, and do any equipment maintenance right here on site.
