I traveled across the country to build a $1 million lawn care business in 1 year. And this is how I'm training my technicians. We paid about $100 to rent this conference center where we have a big old TV screen where we can watch videos. We have a whiteboard where we can run scenarios to see how much money they can actually make out in the field working. We go over our core values for the company, as well as the 21 stages of success that they can move up from a technician to a general manager all the way to being an owner. And we also have a break for lunch as well as making sure we go out to the vans, take them on a tour and see All the equipment.
