  1. I moved across the country to build a $1 million lawn care business in 1 year, and we're doing it from this storage facility. And we pay $85 per month for a 10 by 10 storage unit just like this. We don't have a shop space or an office because the crew— each technician gets their own van with all their mowers and all their equipment inside, and they take it home each night. Now, someone's been asking quite a bit in the comments about power because we need this bad boy in order to be able to do blade sharpening, and equipment maintenance. We meet here once a week for that. And so if you're gonna get a storage facility, ask if they have power, be willing to pay more for it. And at the very worst, you can get a little small generator for under $1,000 to be able to do blade sharpening or just have any power on site that you might need for an air compressor or any shop maintenance whatsoever.
