Lesther Ouma

I'm Lesther, a CS student at Sattler College where I also coordinate campus operations and teach an indigenous language immersion class rooted in my own culture. At Mass General Brigham's Mind Data Science Lab, I'm building a portal for cross-study gene expression analysis, letting researchers compare Alzheimer's vs. control conditions across 15+ independent studies. My coursework bridges genetics, algorithms, and human biology, and I've built DNA sequence analysis tools since my first CS50 project.
