RICS Rules of Conduct (Global), published October 2021 and effective 2 February 2022, set five core professional rules—honesty and integrity; competence; quality of service; respect, diversity and inclusion; and acting in the public interest—together with example behaviours and mandatory professional obligations in Appendix A for RICS members and regulated firms. The document is intended to guide ethical decision-making and regulatory compliance for members and firms worldwide.
