I'm Josh, a Project Engineer at Choate Construction Company in Nashville. I've built things with my hands since before I had a hard hat, doing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and roofing work before moving into commercial construction management. Along the way I interned on hospital projects with Layton Construction and a federal build with Clark Construction, then graduated from MTSU. I also run Fresh Glide, my own exterior cleaning business serving residential and commercial clients in Middle Tennessee. Ask me about commercial construction, managing subcontractors and submittals, running a small business, and getting into the industry from the ground up.
