  1. Collectively, you guys shared some of your biggest fears, and I would say the biggest one was not having enough clinical experience, right? Lack of mentorship and support came up as a top contender, and another one was fear of getting it wrong. And I just want to pause here for a second because so many therapists that I have worked with, they also have those fears, and those fears don't just stay as like thoughts in your mind. They turn into like they play play into real life action every day, like. I see people holding back. I see y'all second-guessing. I see you guys staying stuck longer than you need to. And it's not because you're not capable. It's because you haven't had the right support to move forward with confidence.
