Back in 2019, I started all of this, and at that same time, we had clinicians who could help but who were holding back because they just didn't feel confident yet. So kids were waiting, clinicians were hesitating, and these clinicians have learned how to recognize what's actually going on and think through cases clearly and guide families in a meaningful way.
