Hairong Wei

I am a Professor of Computational Biology and Genomics at Michigan Technological University. My research integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, bioinformatics, genomics, and systems biology to understand gene regulation, plant development, and environmental adaptation. I develop computational tools and AI-driven approaches for multi-omics data integration, gene regulatory network inference, and biological knowledge discovery.
