This preprint (Preprint No. 297, released August 2, 2022) describes GeoWeb 2.5: an architecture and interfaces for large-scale city modelling using dynamic geospatial knowledge graphs. It presents the Cities Knowledge Graph (CKG) within The World Avatar (TWA), components for exporting and visualising city models (City Export Agent with SQL2SPARQL Transformer and GeoSpatialProcessor), a geospatial tiling pipeline for KML/3D Tiles, and a set of intelligent agents (Thematic Surface Discovery Agent, City Information Agent, Distance Agent, City Energy Analyst) that enable automated model enhancement, contextual retrieval, interaction tracking, and energy analysis. The paper argues that semantic web technologies and ontologies (OntoCityGML) plus agent-based validation enable ground-truth maintenance and reduce misinformation risks compared with GeoWeb 2.0.
